Just Talk to HR is an AI-powered HR assistant that integrates with Slack to help organizations manage human resources tasks including:
- Processing time-off and holiday requests
- Answering policy-related questions
- Facilitating approval workflows between employees and managers
- Maintaining records of HR-related communications
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your Slack workspace. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms
- Obtaining necessary consents from employees whose data is processed
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable employment laws
5. Data and Privacy

6. AI-Generated Content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAINWRIGHT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
